Inspired by the Griffin Museum of Photography's exhibition Common Time: American Musicality, this concert collaboration with Winchester Community Music School brings the American Musicality story to life through live performance. We invite you to experience this four-part series alongside the exhibition, to see the images, hear the sounds, and celebrate the music that continues to shape our collective cultural experience. Join us on November 17 for the second concert of the series which features Zahra Lux (vocals) and Chris Gardino (guitar), performing acoustic versions of favorite tunes, old and new. From Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra to Noah Kahan and Alice in Chains, the duo plays a wide range of songs across jazz, pop, rock, and country. Admission: $10 general public; $5 Griffin members and WCMS students. Held at the Griffin Museum, 67 Shore Road, Winchester; www.griffinmuseum.org.
