Join author Romie Stott for a reading from her first novel Nothing in the Basement , followed by a Q&A. Copies of the novel will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of Book Ends. Registration is appreciated but not required. About the Author: Local Winchester author Romie Stott (who you probably know as Romie Faienza), is an editor at the Hugo, Ignyte, and British Fantasy Award-winning magazine Strange Horizons.

Retro Game Night with One Up Games

Retro Game Night brings a walkable/playable museum to your library!Players will be able to learn about how Nintendo started and see how the iconic console evolved to where it is today. All Nintendo systems from NES to Switch are available to play throughout the exhibit on old-school CRT TVs.

Silent Movie Night: Buster Keaton in The Cameraman

Join us for a special cinematic experience! Pianist Richard Hughes will take us back to a time when Nickelodeon theatres showed black & white flickers to the accompaniment of live piano. After an introductory talk about silent movie mood music, Richard will provide live piano accompaniment to a screening of The Cameraman, starring Buster Keaton.
