SHAKESPEARE Eras Tour

The World's A Stage Players are proud to present their original tour through the people and places of twenty-four of Shakespeare's plays. Join them as they explore pieces from early comedy and high comedy, English history and Roman history, good love and bad love, and the classic tragedies and reflective romances...all in an afternoon!

This event is part of the Griffin Terrace Series — events outdoors on the terrace at the Griffin Museum, sponsored by Arts Winchester with support from the Winchester Cultural Council. May be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.

Sheffield Chamber Players

The Sheffield Chamber Players return to the farm for an engaging musical dialogue.  Embark on this musical journey in the beautiful All Seasons Barn overlooking our fields as they “spring” into action.  This intimate concert is something you won’t want to miss!

This performance is free to the public due to the generous support of the Winchester Cultural Council and other sponsors. Please register to save your seat as space is limited.

Sheffield Chamber Players Concert

Sheffield Chamber Players specializes in performing diverse chamber music in the intimate settings for which it was written, changing the way listeners gather together, respond to the music, and connect over a shared artistic experience. Tickets at tiered pricing.

Shibori Indigo Dyeing (Level 1)

Winchester artist, Kiyomi Yatsuhashi will lead this one-day workshop on the Japanese craft of shibori and indigo dyeing. She will start with a brief introduction to Japanese textile resist dyeing. Demonstrations and practice will include shibori resist techniques such as binding, folding, wrapping, and clamping to create dyed patterns. You'll bring home indigo dyed unfinished cotton pieces that can be used for a quilt, wall hanging, table scarf, or napkin.

Limited to eight participants.

Materials Fee of $25 is included in the tuition fee and covers the cost of indigo dyes, tools
