Come sew a rainbow! This is designed for kids who have never sewn, so we will be using plastic needles and prepunched cardboard. For ages 4 (PreK) to entering 2nd Grade, younger children may need help from caregiver. Registration is required. Questions? Email winchild@minlib.
What kind of creature will you choose? Cat? Pokemon? Dragon?! Kids entering grades 1-4 join us for a simple sewing project to learn to sew and design your unique creature. This project will be with real needles for kids who have sewn before or sewing for the first time.
A beginning sewing activity with a real needle and thread. Kids in grades 1-4 will be able to practice sewing or try it for the first time . We'll turn felt into a heart magnet for your fridge or to give a friend. Registration required. Questions? Call 781.
