Clients often come to a consultation at our law office with two goals in mind: first and foremost, they believe they need to sign a Will, and second, they want to avoid probate. With a little explanation they learn that these two goals directly conflict. This prestation will discuss the nuts and bolts of the probate process: timeframe for administration, options and steps in the process from opening to close, and hiccups that can occur throughout.
